On the Road Again...

For starters -- GILMORE GIRLS IS BACK??!! Ahhhh. You guys! These are my people. I'm not even really sure where to go from there.

But I'll give it a shot.

This week is a crazy whirlwind of adventure. James and I travelled to Rhode Island over the weekend (and it was BEAUTIFUL!) and strolled around the crisp streets of New England and basically felt like we were ready to go to Harvard. I'll get you a whole recap at some point so don't fret. The big news today is that we made it home at 7:00pm Monday (yesterday) and I leave with Emily for the Bahamas at 5:00AM Wednesday (tomorrow!).

Talk about a switcheroo!

I read a little lifehack in someone's blog recently (I can't remember who at the moment! Comment and let me know so I can give credit where credit is due?) that is helping me BIG time. Basically, on any given day, you get THREE things that have to get done. Like, no questions asked - these 3 things WILL get done. And after that, you have to be nice to yourself about anything else that does or does not get done that day.

I'm not sure of the scientific significance but I'm pretty much loving it. A lesson in prioritizing, I suppose. For today, I absolutely HAVE to

- get blog posts scheduled
- pack for the Bahamas
- contact the resort and confirm last minute details

That's it! I mean, sure. I need to get groceries and dig my sunscreen out of storage and email a few people and, like, a billion other things. That said, I better get to it. Is this post rambly? All over the place? Apologies. My brain is a little haywire.

Happy Tuesday! I hope it's a short one! Oh, and don't forget to linkup with your confessions tomorrow!!

Sarah :: Plucky in Love

Sarah, aka "Plucky", blogs on the reg, unless she's on vacation or there's a Pretty Little Liars marathon or she's mulling over the implications of the phrase "on fleek." She can't live without iced coffee, a portable phone charger, or equal pay. Say hello!
