On Wednesdays, we wear pink, right?

This past weekend, I tossed another load of neglected items from my closet into a Goodwill bag and drove to the next town over to donate. Why the next town over? Because the Goodwill where I usually shop and donate is chalk-full of my old stuff! So anyway, I drove to next-town-over-Goodwill and a few short minutes later, I came out with this ADORABLE pink, sweater-wrappy thing and totally forgot to make my donation. Oops! That, paired with a 60 degree day in mid-November... well, I couldn't resist a "what I wore" post. And that guy I know is such a good sport that he agreed to take the "self" out of my selfies once again. #keeper

Speaking of November, it's just a little unbelievable that it's Thanksgiving, right? When you think back to last Thanksgiving, so much has changed and hardly anything has changed all at the same time. While some folks are desperately angry at Holiday Cheer appearing the day after Halloween, I happen to love it all. I love this whole season. For Thanksgiving, we get to reflect on all the great people and things in our lives, at Christmas, we celebrate the present moment with those same people, and on New Year's Day, we commit to all the ways we're going to be better in the new year. It's just truly the most wonderful time of the year, and each holiday plays a singular and spectacular part.* /le sigh

Buttttt, anyway. About the outfit. Since I'm always thrifting and bargain-hunting, I tried to find comparable items to those I'm wearing here to wrap this post up. See below. Also, I'll say it so you don't have to: LEGGINGS ARE NOT PANTS. Basically, I was outside taking pictures in my underwear. #ConeOfShame Oh, and Vampire Weekend for your listening pleasure. duh. :)

In case I don't see you, Happy Thanksgiving!

Sarah :: Plucky in Love

Sarah, aka "Plucky", blogs on the reg, unless she's on vacation or there's a Pretty Little Liars marathon or she's mulling over the implications of the phrase "on fleek." She can't live without iced coffee, a portable phone charger, or equal pay. Say hello!
