FINALLY -- Photos from NYC

WARNING: Cuteness Overload
Before left for our trip, I tried to convince James to let me hire a professional photographer for an afternoon in the city to take some cute, coupley pics of us for our keepsake albums. He decided there were better ways to spend a $150 so he roped his brother into following us around like the paparazzi. I can't say I'm mad about it! We came home with buku amounts of pictures (most of them of me. James could hardly drag himself from behind the lens for the pics you see here.) The last two pics in this series are two that James claimed he really liked, so they've made an appearance. "You just look so cute," he said about the first and "That's the look you're usually giving me," he said about the second.

What a great, fun trip! At some point I'll have to regale you with tales of bus travel (19 hours straight through the night) (...twice), food truck lunches that became picnics in Central Park, Brighton Beach and their $17 hamburgers, the escalators in grocery stores, the way every bench smelled faintly of urine, how Irish bartenders in the Big Apple don't really want to reminisce about good ol' Ireland, and so much more.

Hope you're having a great Sunday!

Sarah :: Plucky in Love

Sarah, aka "Plucky", blogs on the reg, unless she's on vacation or there's a Pretty Little Liars marathon or she's mulling over the implications of the phrase "on fleek." She can't live without iced coffee, a portable phone charger, or equal pay. Say hello!

  2. Oh my word. YOU are gorgeous, you both are adorable. And I'm absolutely in love with your vintage bikini. And these pictures are soooooo freaking fantastic. I just want to make a collage on my wall of them, but that would be creepy.

  3. This looks so awesome! How funny his brother followed you around.. but hey, you've got some great pictures! :) I love his comments on you in them, Kyle every once in a while gets one of me making a face at him. It's kind of an eye brow raise... in amusement at his ornery-ness. :) Glad you had fun!! Xo-Alexandra
